Emergency Room started its hat and accessories retail business in 2004. We are the first shop that specialises in selling fashion headwear in Hong Kong. The first hat shop was started in a small space located in Nu Front Shopping Center, Causeway Bay. We started importing headwear brands from Japan such as Grace Hats, Mad Factory, River Up, Zero Quarter and Override9999. Our selection has gained tremendous popularity and attracted regular press coverage. In November 2004 and April 2005, our second and third branches were opened in Langham Place and APM respectively.

Our hat collection has always been expanding and now we are carrying Japanese brands Barairo no Boushi, Valeur, US brand Ed Hardy and Austrian brand Muhlbauer . We also stock trendy jewelry brands such as White Trash Charms, Playboy Jewelry, Rocawear, Disney Couture, Tatty Devine and BabyPhat from the US and Europe.
